Lactic peels can stimulate new collagen production which firms and smooths the skin, and reduce fine lines. Our vision for this Easter is Chocolates! For the brunettes go for a rich warm chocolate brown with a few caramel kisses. Blondes are milky white chocolate with a caramel undertone. It’s time for a fresh new look this summer. Influenced by the fantastic colourful fashion this spring and summer we have put together the following predictions for this Summer 2012.

Hair – Blondes are back! Try an icy nordic blonde for those with a tan (natural or fake) or the blonde that is best for the fairer skin tones are soft golds or strawberry blondes.

Earthy colours are also in this summer such as coppers, mochas and chocolates. Block colouring with signature pieces, or classic highlights are in with balayage making it’s way out.

Summer party styling is for low, sleek, sexy and simple upstyles. Try a chignon or french twist with a feature braid. Blow drys are big and bouncy, or soft and wavy, not flat straight hair so use the cloud 9′s for waving only! Solid fringes are popular and textured bob length hair is in for the shorter lengths . For day hair try scrunching through some sea spray such as the Evo “Salty dog” or “Mr Fantastic” and finish off with some “Cassius Clay”.

Makeup – Smoky eyes is so last season! Makeup this summer is bold and vibrant with a combination of intense bright eyes in strong colours such as greens, blues or purples with glossy soft lips or natural eyes with bright reds/purple or pink lips. For evening makeup during the party season try intense eyes and bright lips, what a great way to make a statement! We recommend the new “Bodyography lipslides” for the lips. The lipslides are a long lasting hybrid of a lipstick, gloss and stain containing moisturisers and comes in a wide variety of colours.

Nail colours – candy colours are in for nails this season. Think lolly pinks, bright purples, sky blues, corals and oranges. Nothing beats a red with some “bling” for the Christmas parties. We have a large range of Shellac and OPI Gel colour for a longer lasting nail colour great for holidays.
